Our three-phase approach to Assessment Centres
Phase 1 – We’ll work with you to establish the capabilities and attitudes that you are looking for in your candidates.
Phase 2 – Candidates who meet the necessary criteria are invited to a Discovery Day. Our graduate recruitment experts then carefully select those to go onto the third phase – a client-facing Assessment Centre. We ensure every graduate who attends understands how they performed and prepare the successful candidates for an Assessment Centre.
Phase 3 – Your Assessment Centre will be individually designed to meet the needs of your business. We first ensure every attendee is fully prepared for the tasks they face. Then utilise a variety of techniques, including group activities, psychometric testing and behavioural profiling to measure aptitudes and personalities. Providing feedback to you and the candidates and presenting only the most suitable for your consideration.
